Mannaise is a spicy mayonnaise created by a couple normal, every day American men who wanted their food to taste more manly. Actually, we made that last part up…The truth is, we’re just a couple average joe’s who created this recipe on accident after throwing back a couple beers and messin’ around in the kitchen. It immediately passed our unofficial taste test. (Does it taste good? Yep. Is my nose running? Yep. And finally, did it put a little hair on my chest? Double Yep!) At that point, we knew we had created something that was too good not to share. “But what do we call it?” That’s when one of us said, “Mmmm. MANnaise!”
